COLOMBIA – From 9th September 2017 South African passport holders require visas for Colombia. The form must first be loaded online and then clients will have to submit in person. Please see details on the requirements.

RUSSIA – From the 30th South African passport holders will not need visas for Russia for business or tourist.

BELGIUM – From the 15th December all visas will now be done through Tele Performance in Johannesburg and Cape Town.

BELGIUM – A color copy of the passport must be submitted with the application

NIGERIA – From the 17th October 2016 The Consulate General of Nigeria is ONLY accepting clear COLOR copies of all documents submitted for Visa Applications

 SPAIN – visa applications for Spain is to be done directly through the Embassy of Spain in Pretoria or the Spanish Consulate General in Cape Town. An appointment must be made prior to submission and can be made at emb.pretoria.cit@maec.es

CHINA – Embassy closed 3rd-5th October 2016.

INDIA – From the 1st October 2016 visas for India will be done through VFS Global. Clients will have to apply in person as they will have to go for biometrics. http://www.vfsglobal.com/india/southafrica/

INDIA – BLS Johannesburg has a new checklist for business and Tourist which the client must sign and include in the application.

MOROCCO – The client must now submit a written affidavit to give Visas International permission to submit and collect on the client’s behalf which must be certified by a South African Police station

NIGERIA – From the 5th July 2016 the bank statements for must have at least R30,000 – However if the invitation letter states that all costs are covered by the inviting company then the amount does not matter. The SA letter must also give the client’s contact details.

AUSTRALIA – From the 8th June 2016 all applicants must go in for Biometrics when applying for an Australian visa. Please see requirements for full details.

GUINEA – The SA Business letter must now be in French and in color and must also be original.

POLAND – Applicants in Gauteng MUST apply in person. Visas International can still load and make an appointment on client’s behalf. We can only apply for applicants outside of Gauteng if they have had a previous VIS Schengen visa and must get pre-approval from the embassy by emailing them the following:

·         Copy of last VIS Schengen visa

·         Where they live

·         Details of the trip

·         The email must be sent to: lukasz.nowak@msz.gov.pl

GERMANY – As of the 1st July 2015, applicants for a Schengen visa for Germany, that are located in and around Free State, will no longer have to travel to Centurion to make their visa applications.

Intergate Visalink, in conjunction with the German Embassy and Consulates of South Africa, are delighted to announce the opening of their 4th visa application centre in Bloemfontein.

RUSSIA – From February 16, 2015 All visa applications must be completed online at http://visa.kdmid.ru and further submitted in print to the Embassy. Visas International can assist in loading and making the appointment.

TUNISIA – The Embassy of Tunisia has advised us that South African and Namibian passport holders cannot get the visa at the Embassy and must get it on arrival. They could not tell us how much this will cost.

ETHIOPIA – For Business applications the company in Ethiopia must first get authorization form their government before we can submit applications. The embassy in Pretoria will have a list of names that have been approved before they take it in.
