THE COMPANY

VISAS INTERNATIONAL (PTY) LTD was established in January 1995 and registered as a company on 1 March 1997. The company employs qualified trained and competent staff who maintains an excellent relationship with the Embassies and Consulates to handle all your visa requirements.

MAIN OBJECTIVE

To collect, submit, obtain and return visas in the shortest possible time to the customerís satisfaction.

INSPECTION

All applications received are thoroughly checked by our trained consultants before submission to the various Embassies and Consulates to avoid unnecessary delays.

SUPPORT

Telephonic enquiries are available by our internal trained staff to handle any queries regarding visa requirements, delays, costs and the progress of applications.

TRACKING SYSTEM

A tracking system that monitors, locates and expedites all applications, via a Passport and Visa Order Form (P.O.F) is in place.

UPDATES

As soon as Embassies/Consulates notify us of any changes in visa requirements, fees, holidays, etc., we update the various travel agents/customer via e-mail or fax and on our website under "Updates".

EMERGENCIES

In the event of extreme emergencies, two cellular telephone numbers are available after hours via our office telephone answering services.

GENERAL

                     Our day-to-day operations are meticulously planned and tightly controlled. When an application is received, we determine its degree of urgency on the basis of the passengerís departure date and our knowledge of the time it takes or requires to obtain the visa.

 

                     All our messengers are trained visa consultants. A constant line of communication is kept with all our consultants / messengers who are equipped with cellular phones.

 

                     We ensure that all travel agents are constantly provided with sufficient supplies of visa application forms and where possible application forms can be downloaded from our website.

 

                     Contact details in a form of a sticker label is affixed to the back of all passports that is to be submitted in case of passports being mislaid and/or given in error on collection to other visa or courier companies by the Embassies and Consulates concerned.

                     Passport, air tickets and other valuable documentation are locked up daily in a 2,5 ton double lock, fireproof safe Ė Chubb w/c category 2.

 

                     Our vehicles are equipped with Tracker.
