We offer visa services for a wide range of countries. From the Home Page, click on My Account and select Register. Should you require assistance, please contact info@visasinternational.co.za. One of friendly consultants will respond within 24-48 hours.

The process involves filling out an application form, online loading where applicable, submitting required documents, booking appointments where necessary and paying the necessary fees. We then handle the submission of your application to the respective embassy or consulate.

Should you require assistance with making an appointment, we will gladly assist pending acceptance of our Service Fee. Visas International is not responsible, cannot be held liable, and has no influence or impact on the availability of visa submission appointment dates.

We assist with tourist and business visas. The specific types may vary based on the destination country.

Document requirements vary by country and visa type. Generally, you will need a valid passport, passport-sized photos, proof of travel arrangements, and specific documents depending on the purpose of your visit. Remember that visa requirements and processes can change, Visas International endeavour to stay updated and informed about the latest developments in immigration policies for the countries your business operates in or plans to visit.

This varies by country. In general, appointments are required in person to submit your biometrics for most Schengen States, UK, USA, Canada & Australia, however not limited to this list of countries. Our Visa Consultants will inform you when applying for your visa, should you be required to appear in person at the Consulate.

Processing times vary by country and visa type. It can range from a few days to several months. We recommend starting the application process well in advance of your planned travel date.

Due to the nature of our business and our experience over the past 26 years in the visa service industry, implementing any form of automation/computerised software for the purpose of tracking and monitoring the visa application could be disastrous in many areas and as a result could cause the passenger to not to travel on time. This could also send misleading information to the travel consultants. However, our consultants will keep you updated you on progress.

In the event of a visa denial, we will work with you to understand the reasons and explore potential options. Visas International is not responsible, cannot be held liable, and has no influence or impact on the availability of visa submission appointment dates, final decisions of the embassies/ consulates/ Immigration offices, changes in procedures and requirements, the actual visa application processing times, loss of profits, loss or cancellation of bookings or accommodation or the like, cancellation fees, penalties, forfeitures or any consequential damages or losses of whatsoever nature. Please note that visa decisions are made solely by the respective embassy or consulate.

All our Visa Consultants are available to assist you with any questions or concerns throughout the visa application process.

Yes. Chat to your Visa Consultant to determine whether it is necessary to have your passport or any other documents collected. We are also able to assist in some instances to have your passport delivered to your preferred address or departure airport.

Where possible, Visas International will make payment on your behalf and present to you a final invoice including our Service Fee and any other fees that that the application might incur. In some instances, it is a requirement for the applicant to pay in person at the Application Centre.

By accepting & completing our Visa Assistance Form, our Service Fee is inclusive of this service and there may be additional charges as required by the consulate in question.

What are the 27 Schengen States?

The Schengen Area consists of 27 countries and covers nearly all of mainland Europe, with those countries that fall within the Schengen Area
