VISA REQUIREMENTS

GAUTENG

• Valid passport, (must be valid for six months).

• Fully completed application form

• Two recent passport size colour photographs.

• Copy of return air ticket or detailed itinerary.

• If the passenger is a foreign passport holder a copy of his/her residence status or a copy of his/her South African identity document is required.

• Proof of accommodation.

• Original yellow fever certificate plus copy

Special requirements for Business

• Letter of invitation from an Ivory Coast Company in French and must include the name and surname of the host including the address and contact numbers as well as the purpose of the visit. This must also be certified by the town council in Cote D’ivoire. If being invited by an individual then the letter must be certified by a Town council in Cote D’Ivoire and ID copy of that individual.

• Letter from the South African company and must be in French.

Minors

➢    Notarised parental consent is required for persons under 18 years of age if they are not travelling with a parent or legal guardian, OR if they are travelling with one parent only.

• Collection: Thursdays and Fridays
• ±5-7 working days normal
• Urgent in ±2 working days
