The visas are done through VFS Global. Procedures:

• All docs must be emailed to us.
• We load and make visa payment.
• We book the biometric appointment and upload all documents onto the VFS system.
• If needed, we can pay the additional Priority fees.

Please note that the UK visa is now an E-Visa. After your appointment, you will be able to keep your passport and if your application is successful, you will be issued with an E-Visa (instructions to access your E-Visa will be sent via email).

Please advise if there is any date that is suitable/ not suitable to attend to your appointment.

There are 2 application centres:

1. Rivonia, Johannesburg
2. Lynnwood Glen, Pretoria

Please advise which centre will be convenient.

The NORMAL current processing time is about 2-3 weeks. There is approximately 1 week wait to obtain a standard submission appointment.

You can complete the form by opening it in your internet browser.

To start the process, we will need your passport and completed application form, however all your supporting documents must be emailed to me to be uploaded prior to your appointment.

There is ±1 week to get a normal appointment.
• Passport copy
• Proof of residence
• Unabridged birth certificates (Minors)
• Proof of employment or proof of studies for minors/students
• Invite letter (If applicable)
• Proof of accommodation
• Proof of funds (3 months bank statements). For minors if parents are paying, then letters from parents stating they are sponsoring the trip with their bank statements
• Proof of marriage (If applicable)

• 10 year ±R28,000
