Ø Valid passport (must be valid for six months), with at least 6 clean pages plus a copy of the passport.

Ø Two passport size colour photographs
Ø Itinerary
Ø Copy of ID Book / Resident stamp for foreign passports
Ø Copy of Yellow fever certificate
Ø Please note Portuguese passport holders require travel insurance.
Ø Utility bill.
Ø Short term 7 day visas must enter Angola within 72 hours of visa being issued.
Ø South African Business letter stamped stating purpose of visit and duration of stay. Make sure the letter is addressed correctly to the Consulate General of Angola in Durban or a Term of responsibility letter stamped by the police if not employed.
Ø Invitation letter (Which must be in colour) including NIP number stating purpose of visit and duration of stay- from company in Angola must be in Portuguese, must be stamped by Ministry of Foreign affairs in Angola and must be signed and include a telephone number and full address. Make sure the letter is addressed correctly to the Consulate General of Angola in Durban

Ø Diary of the republic of Angola
Ø Recognition of the signature of subscribers of letters
Ø Requirement of legible and visible signatures
Ø 10-15 working days
Ø Submission days only on Mondays and Tuesdays.
