– Yellow fever certificate original; copy
– Letter of Invitation from Burkina Faso (French and English version)
– Insurance Medical (Translate to French)
– Proof of Qualifications (For Business visa only)
– Employment letter
– Booking Hotel (Translate to French)
– Plane ticket reservation

The embassy issues the visa on a leaflet and not in the passport BUT the passport must still submitted
