NB!!!! Before we can apply, the inviting company needs to provide a Company Reference Number to the traveler for visa purposes. This is to be provided from the Immigration
Recent passport-size colour ID (facial) photo
copy of the passport of the applicant which is valid for at least 6 months from the intended entry date to Ethiopia
Invitation Letter issued by the inviting company/organization to the participant. It should describe the business purpose briefly such as reason, start date, end date and venue.
Business License (renewed for the fiscal year) of the inviting company.
Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) certificate (renewed for the fiscal year) of the inviting company.
Application letter written by the inviting company. Must be addressed to the Immigration, Nationality and Vital Events Agency of Ethiopia and request approval of the visa application for the invited applicant.
