• Any alterations or changes of any kind made by the client or any other party;
• Any incorrect documentation, errors or lost documents in processing visa and travel documents;
• Any incorrect information given or statements made by any of the directors, employees or agents of Visas International (Pty) Ltd relating to visa and travel documentation or otherwise;
• Any act, omission, default or neglect of Visas International (Pty) Ltd or any of its directors, employees or agents

Note, that all visa application fees are non-refundable.

WE DO NOT HAVE THE POWER OR AUTHORITY TO FORCE THE EMBASSIES/CONSULATES/IMMIGRATION OFFICES TO EXPEDITE THE APPLICATION PROCESS. THIS IS IN THE DISCRETION OF EACH PARTICULAR GOVERNMENT AND WE HAVE TO RESPECT AND FOLLOW THEIR LAWS, REGULATIONS AND PROCEDURES, AS EVERYONE ELSE.
