Kenya is now a E-Visa process.

South African passport holders are now excempt from obtaining a visa.

Unfortunately, we do not facilitae visa applications for foreign passport holders, as the payment process is complicated and most times we are unable to authorise the international payments.

Minors applying will get issued a E-Visa: 

Ø     Notarized parental consent is required for persons under 18 years of age

if they are not traveling with a parent or legal guardian, OR if they are traveling with one parent only

Ø     Minors traveling to Kenya need to submit full-unabridged birth certificates                 

 

All other foreign passport holders must apply for a E-Visa. 

Ø     Valid passport copy (must be valid for at least six months after returning from Kenya)

Ø     Completed application form

Ø     Digital Clear facial photo

Ø     Itinerary

Ø     Yellow Fever Certificate

Ø     Proof of Residency/ Work Permit

Special Requirements for Tourists 

Ø     South African employment letter

Ø     Proof of accommodation

Ø     If being invited by an individual then a copy of the host passport.

Special Requirements for Business 

Ø     South African business letter

Ø     Invitation letter from the Company in Kenya

Ø     Copy of the host passport.

Ø     Copy of the company registration documents in Kenya.

 

Minors

Processing Time
