This is the Main visa application form 1017. Only families can fill in 1 form. Groups and individuals must complete own form.

The process is as follows:

• We load the forms online
• Upload all supporting documents
• Make visa payment
• Wait for the approval

Documents required:

• Form 1017 completely filled in and signed by all parties
• Form 1224 – Declaration form giving Visas International permission to apply on client’s behalf
• Passport copies
• Head shot Photo
• Proof of employment (If applicable)
• Proof of funds (If applicable)
• Copy marriage certificate (If spouse is included in the application)
• Birth certificates (If children are included in application)
• Proof of funds (6 month recent bank statements)
• Proof of flights, if booked to show proof of paid travel and proof of accommodation if applicable
• Invite letter (If applicable)
• Proof of previous New Zealand and/or Australian visas if applicable
