SA Nationals and certain foreign passports, generally European, only need E-visa.

REQUIREMENTS FOR E-VISA:

• Form (E-Visa form)
• Passport copy
• Flight itinerary

For other foreign passport holders that cannot do E-Visa, The procedure is as per below:

• All docs are emailed to us
• We upload the form on the embassy website
• We book appointment
• Traveler must go in person to the embassy in Pretoria

Processing Time: ±1-2 days

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR FOREIGN PASSPORT HOLDERS:

• Application form (Turkey Embassy Form)
• Biometric Photo (5×5 cm, white background)
• Flight Reservation
• Hotel Booking
• Invitation Letter by the inviting organisation in Turkey (must be notarized by the Turkish Public Notaries)
• Letter from Home Affairs about current residence in South Africa
• Letter of Employment
• SA Police Clearance (for the initial pre-application at least the submission receipt)
• Bank Statement for three months
• Travel Insurance covering the duration of visit
