Nationals of South Africa traveling for business are exempt from holding a visa for a maximum stay of 30 days.

The reqirements below are for foreign nationals as follows:

• Valid passport, (must be valid for six months)
• Fully completed application form
• Recent passport digital colour photograph
• Detailed itinerary
• If the passenger is a foreign passport holder a copy of his/her residence status or copy of his/her South African ID is required
• Letter from the company in South Africa
• Letter of invitation from the company in Zambia
• Certificate of Incorporation in Zambia
• Cover Letter (Application Letter)

This is an E-visa so all documents must be emailed to us.
