AUSTRALIA 

All applicants must appear for Biometrics at any VFS visa application center. Visas International will load the application online and advise client of an appointment of when to go in for Biometrics. There is also an additional Biometric fee. The visa for Australia will be a LABEL FREE visa and does not get put in the passport.

The Australian visa procedure will be:

• Load the form online and upload all the scanned documents on the Australian Immigration Website
• Pay for the visa.
• Make appointment for client to go in for Biometrics. Please note client will have to pay their own Biometric fee.

Special requirements for Business

➢           Form 1415 must be filled out

➢           Form 956 just sign □

➢           Form 54 – Family Composition form. □

➢           Clear color passport copy of the Biodata page, (Passport must be valid for six months). Temporary passports will be accepted. □

➢           Proof of travel history: Copies of any current/old visas in passports and copies of any pages in the passport showing exit/entry stamps. □

➢           An South African letter confirming employment and nature of the business to Australia. □

➢           Invitation from the company in Australia □

➢           Detailed itinerary □

➢           If 75 years or older passengers with medical conditions of concern or going for more than 6 months will require medicals completed by an approved panel Doctor. □

Processing Time

➢           Up to ±1-3 weeks currently.
