VISA REQUIREMENTS

PLEASE NOTE DRC ARE NOW ISSUING BIOMETRIC VISAS SO PROCESSING TIME IS ±10 WORKING DAYS.

GAUTENG

• Valid passport, (must be valid for six months).

• Fully completed application form.

• Two passport size colour photographs.

• If the passenger is a foreign passport holder, a copy of his/her residence status or a copy of his/her South African ID is required.

Special requirements for Tourists

• South African employment letter.

• 3 months recent bank statements

• Proof of accommodation.

Special requirements for Business

• Letter of invitation from the Democratic Republic of Congo

• Copy of the host passport in DRC

• Letter from the company in South Africa.

Minors

➢    Notarised parental consent is required for persons under 18 years of age if they are not travelling with a parent or legal guardian, OR if they are travelling with one parent only.
