• Media Applications Must Attach An Accreditation Letter From The Ministry Of Information And Communication Technology
• Tour Operator Application Must Attach A Namibia Tourism Board Certificate From Tne Ministry Of Environment And Tourism
• Original Police Clearance From The Country Of Origin (Must Be Translated Into English, Applicable For Application Longer Than 3 Months)
• Radiological Reports (Applicable For Application Longer Than 3 Months)
